Who We Are
Returning to Our Essence
At Pachamama we utilize Andean wisdom and other holistic healing modalities with sex therapy to nurture transformation. Rooted in our munay (love), we offer a space to heal, restore, and become who you are meant to be.

Our Pillars

Ayni
(Reciprocity)
A vital part of our philosophy at Pachamama is the concept of reciprocity. We believe in not only taking from the Earth but also giving back. Understanding that our lives depend on this mutual exchange is fundamental to us; we recognize the Earth as the source of our existence.

Ayllu
(Interconnectedness)
At Pachamama, we believe we are part of a community connected to all living beings. Disconnecting from our community and nature leads to suffering, which is why we created a space where communities can thrive in harmony and heal.

Allin Kawsay
(Living In Harmony)
The concept of Allin Kawsay revolves around the understanding that everything is interconnected. By fostering harmony among ourselves, with nature, and with all living beings, we enhance our ability to heal and lead lives that feel more connected and in harmony

Our Vision
To become a world renowned sexuality center offering Andean and holistic approaches that connect body, mind, soul, and inner wisdom, to heal, restore, and transform.
Our Mission
To provide a safe space to retreat, reconnect, heal, and transform our sexuality.

Our Tribe

Founder & CEO
Dr. Estefanía Simich Muñoz
Estefanía created Pachamama with the intention to provide a space to heal in community. The creation of Pachamama as a Andean healing center for sexuality is her life’s mission. It was through the journey of reconnecting with her native Peru that she was shown the task to reawaken her inner Andean codes. As an Andean energy healer, her commitment towards the wellbeing and healing of others is the main motivator for this space to be a reality. Estefanía travels back to Peru to be in a space of learning with her teachers, paqos and ñustas (shamans) from the Andes to continue her work in Maryland.
Estefanía holds a PhD in Human Sexuality and is an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Supervisor, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Supervisor in Maryland. She has been working in the sexuality field over the last 20 years.
